This page explains what information Alliance Jiu-Jitsu collects through this website and how it is used.
Information we collect
When you book a trial class we collect your name, email address, phone number, the academy and program you chose, your preferred day and time, your experience level and any notes you add. If you book for a child, we also collect the child's age.
When you send a message through the contact form we collect your name, email address, the academy you selected and the content of your message.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your request, arrange your trial class and answer your questions. We do not use it for unrelated purposes without asking you first.
Who can see it
Your details are shared with the Alliance team responsible for the academy you selected and with service providers that help us run this website, such as hosting and email delivery. We do not sell personal information.
Children
Trial requests for children must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian. We ask only for the information needed to place a child in an appropriate class.
Retention and security
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to follow up with you and to meet our legal obligations, and we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect them.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete the information you have shared with us at any time by sending a message through the contact page. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the website evolves. The current version is always available on this page.
